Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• “InjenAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the InjenAI platform and its operator.
• “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
• “Account” means a registered user account on the InjenAI platform.
• “Content Data” means any content, prompts, keywords, strategies, briefs, drafts, articles or other material submitted to or generated through the Service.
• “Output” means content or recommendations generated by the Service using AI.
• “AI Providers” means third party artificial intelligence service providers used by InjenAI.
• “Third Party Services” means external services integrated with the Service, including website platforms, analytics tools and payment providers.
• “Plan” means a free or paid subscription tier offered by InjenAI.
• “Usage Limits” means limits on websites, posts or other usage metrics associated with a Plan.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining the security of your Account
• All activity carried out under your Account
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date

You must not share your login credentials with others. We may suspend or terminate Accounts that breach these Terms.

InjenAI provides an AI powered content strategy and publishing platform, including:

• Strategy setup and planning
• Keyword discovery and analysis
• Pillar and topic planning
• Content briefs and AI generated drafts
• Content scheduling and publishing
• Analytics driven insights when integrations are connected

The Service may evolve over time. We reserve the right to modify, add or remove features.

The Service uses AI Providers to generate Outputs based on your Content Data. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI generated Outputs may contain inaccuracies or omissions
• Outputs are provided for informational and workflow support purposes only
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and approving content before publishing or using it
• InjenAI does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or business results.

You retain ownership of:

• Content Data you submit
• Outputs generated for you through the Service

By using InjenAI, you grant us a limited, non exclusive licence to process Content Data solely to provide, maintain and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your Content Data or Outputs.

The Service may integrate with Third Party Services, including:

• Website platforms such as WordPress
• Analytics services such as Google Analytics
• Payment providers

By connecting Third Party Services, you authorise InjenAI to access those services within the permissions you grant.

• Publishing occurs only when you initiate or schedule it
• Analytics data is accessed on a read only basis
• Third Party Services are governed by their own terms and policies

InjenAI is not responsible for Third Party Services.

InjenAI offers free and paid Plans. All Plans include access to the same features. Plans differ based on Usage Limits, including:

• Number of websites
• Number of posts per billing cycle

Usage Limits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to apply fair usage policies to prevent abuse, excessive consumption or activity that negatively impacts platform performance.

Paid Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to:

• Charge your selected payment method
• Automatically renew your subscription unless cancelled

Fees are non refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your Plan at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• You breach these Terms
• You misuse the Service or attempt to bypass Usage Limits
• Your activity poses a risk to the platform or other users

You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, access to the Service will cease.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Generate or publish illegal, harmful or misleading content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Attempt to interfere with platform security or infrastructure

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access where necessary.

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for downtime caused by:

• Maintenance or updates
• AI Providers or Third Party Services
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non public information obtained through use of the Service, except where disclosure is required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”
• We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability or outcomes
• Use of the Service is at your own risk

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• InjenAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability where unlawful to do so.

You agree to indemnify and hold InjenAI harmless from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you generate or publish
• Breach of these Terms

All intellectual property relating to the Service, excluding user Content Data, remains the property of InjenAI. You may not copy, modify or distribute the Service without permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
